DEVELOPMENT OF HYDROGEN STORAGE TANK

  1. Major business

3P.com began developing hydrogen pressure vessels in earnest in 2020 with active support from the government as part of a government policy subdivision (materials, parts, equipment) project. For the purpose of this project, the hydrogen pressure vessel, which is a key function of the future hydrogen car industry, can be recycled in an eco-friendly way using composite materials and can be manufactured at a 30% lower price than the existing price.

With accumulated technology, 3P.COM designs, manufactures, and tests hydrogen and natural gas pressure vessels to develop pressure vessels, transfers the technology to companies, obtains certification, and consults for mass production.


1. Design

The durability varies depending on how the hydrogen pressure vessel is designed, and it can pass the national standard safety test.


2. Winding operation

It increased high-quality pressure containers and productivity by increasing the sophistication of manufacturing technologies acquired during repeated prototype production and production, minimizing production process errors, and the efficiency of manpower placement.


3. Safety Experiment

For the safety of produced prototypes, experiments are systematically conducted in accordance with industrial safety standards. In order to take responsibility for the safety of consumers, drop tests, explosion tests, and low-temperature and high-temperature tests are being conducted in accordance with strict safety standards.
